Bethany Hollister has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial matters, ranging from complex breach of contract actions to real property torts and intellectual property disputes.  She has represented companies in state and federal court, at both the trial and appellate levels.  In addition, Bethany has done pro bono work with Public Counsel’s Adoptions Project, assisting families with foster children adoption, and with the Veterans Consortium, representing military veterans seeking benefits from the government.   Although her courtroom experience is substantial, Bethany is committed to exploring other avenues of dispute resolution to ensure that her clients will achieve meaningful and cost-effective results.

After graduating from law school at the University of Chicago in 2005, Bethany began her legal career at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Los Angeles.  She joined SR&F in 2009.

Outside of the office, Bethany enjoys swing dancing, improv comedy, creative writing and exploring new places with her two dogs.
