Shapiro, Rodarte & Freedman LLP is a collegial law firm of commercial litigators with offices overlooking the ocean in Santa Monica, California. While the firm is, perhaps, best known for its innovative work in the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars of insurance benefits for its clients, SR&F's lawyers also have extensive experience in successfully resolving a broad array of commercial disputes for small and large corporations as well as individuals and other entities. Therefore, we offer to the firm's clients our considerable experience in employing alternative mechanisms of dispute resolution, such as mediation, arbitration and direct, face-to-face negotiation.
